EMBROIDERY PROCESS
The design may be hand sketched or computer
generated.
Design Studio
The design will be amended or redrawn accordingly to make it suitable for embroidery, taking into account the customers requirements.
Digitising Department
Designs are digitised using state of the art software, employing several stitch techniques. From this a fact sheet is produced giving full details ie, stitch count, colours and size confirmation. A final embroidery sample is produced onto the correct material. A sample is then sent on a confirmation card for the customer to approve production.
Production
Once confirmed, designs are transferred to production control. The job sheets are created with all details relevant to the customer order. The [production control software also gives the ability to schedule all orders to our Embroidery plant.
The Embroidery Plant consists of 12 multiheads embroidery machines totalling 128 sewing heads with a capacity to embroider up to 12 colours. Once embroidered, each garment is quality checked and steamed before despatch.
