PRINTING  PROCESS

Customer Artwork

As with embroidery, when artwork is received, the design studio will have to decide upon the best way to produce the design for printing up to 9 colours. Full colour process quotes available on request.

Design Studio

The design will be sent to the customer via e-mail. post or fax with all colours clearly stated for approval. Once approval has been received the artwork must then be separated on the computer and printed onto film ready to be transferred onto screens. One screen must be used for each colour.

Production

When the screen are ready, all information is passed to the printing department where the garment awaits printing. After the garment have been printed and dried they are prepared for despatch.
